Herbs commonly used in india in different traditional recipes used as winter tonics in the form of 'laddoos' or'panjiri' have semen thickening properties. In ayurveda context its called'dhatupishan. In females it has also positive effect on females' reproductory system. Ovarian and uterine functions are strengthened.
Some of these herbs are shatavari, gokhru, beejband, banslochan, kababcheeni, chopchini, konch seeds, safed musli, kali moosli, shunthi, black pepper, long pepper, salammishri, gathha, vidarikand, ashwagandha, nishoth etc. Collectively these herbs may also nourish other elements of the human body too.
Collectively used it effectively checks nocturnal emissions too. It also helps in body built up as a whole.
Precautions while using these collectively is that cow milk should be used during course of these herbs. Moreover its not easily digestible. So people with good appetite and digestion should only use it. Sugarcandy powder is added to these herbs before using except by those who have diabetes.
