Health Issues You Might Face As Per Your Blood Group

Our blood group is what we get right from our birth as a biological heritage. Did you know that the type of your blood group tells a lot about your health? Amongst the several factors that affect our health and wellbeing, like our lifestyle, eating and drinking habits blood group plays a significant role too.

Check how your blood group can impact your health:

1. Blood Group A: Type A are more prone to stress and gastric cancer but females are generally more fertile and have problem-free delivery.

2. Blood Group B: Type B have risk of ovarian and pancreatic cancer. However their blood group makes them more flexible and adaptive to changing conditions.

3. Blood Group AB: Type AB are more prone to difficulties related to brain and heart. So, they need to have regular checkups and practice Yoga for mental peace.

4. Blood Group O: Type O are less prone to pancreatic cancer, malaria and heart attacks but more prone to cholera, stomach ulcers and depression. Most females face problems while conceiving and because of absence of antigens (toxins, bacteria) in their body.

How Food Is Oxidised Between the Blood Groups:

Blood Type A and AB are slow oxidizers. Type A can consume more carbohydrate and should avoid dairy products and red meat and Type AB can digest dairy products. Type B and O are fast oxidizers. Type B should avoid lectins in corn and wheat products and Type O should avoid wheat and consume less carbohydrates and red meat.
