Yoga can change your sexual well being

Yoga is considered to be the solution of all health-related problems. It is an age-old art of staying fit without making much efforts. But yes, the only effort required is one has to get up in the morning and do it. That’s where the challenge comes in. But when you know that so many benefits are attached to Yoga alone, then getting up little early than your usual time shouldn’t be a problem. It has been proved that Yoga not only makes us live a better life health-wise but it also has an impact on better sex life. Let’s see how:

1. Yoga lowers stress levels: Regular Yoga leads to reduced stress levels and anxiety. You will be in a good and light mood always. This relaxed attitude will motivate you to have sex freely and without any pressure.

2. Makes your body flexible: When you are doing Yoga daily, it will make your body more flexible which will bring flexibility during intercourse, flexibility in movements giving you more freedom and relaxation.

3. For mental health: When you are not in a good mood, you don’t feel like getting in touch with anybody not even your life partner. But, Yoga improves your mood and makes your mental health much more better. Breathing exercises and meditation make you more balanced which ultimately leads to a better and healthy sex life.

4. Awareness of sensations makes you comfortable in vulnerable positions: Yoga helps in making you aware of different sensations in your body. It also helps in savouring each sensation as well. This awareness helps you while intercourse making the experience more enjoyable. Making different poses while doing Yoga also makes you stay comfortable in difficult positions as well.

5. It builds stamina: Yoga helps in building stamina as well which not only makes your health better making you do daily chores energetically but also helps you in enjoying intercourse for a longer time.
